Following our success with joining the G-Cloud 12 framework last year, we are very pleased to announce that Searchlight Consulting will be bringing its expertise in designing and delivering digital business solutions to the Public Sector having secured a listing on the new DOS 5 framework for both Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists.
Searchlight has been operating across public, private and commercial industry sectors since 2008, helping organisations as diverse as The Nursing Midwifery Council, Diploma plc, Wiggle/CRC, Endava, Costa Coffee and social care provider HFT, to successfully design and deliver organisational improvements through the deployment of digital technologies and cloud-based applications.
We will now be able to support the digital journeys of local and central government, as well as other ‘public’ organisations and arm’s length bodies, to help them evolve and transform their ways of providing improved service and support to the UK and its citizens.
Alongside our track record of delivering programmes enabled by enterprise and cloud-based business applications, we have successfully helped our clients to define, develop and deliver digital products and services to their customers, suppliers and employees. Underpinned by integration, automation and orchestration platforms, our digital services span architecture, design, development and delivery.
Hosted on the Government’s Digital Marketplace, DOS 5 is managed by CCS, which supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. All public sector organisations, including agencies and arm’s length bodies, as well as those in the third sector and in education can use the Digital Marketplace. Buying services through frameworks is faster and cheaper than entering into individual procurement contracts. As a result, it is increasingly being recognised as an easy way to buy digital and cloud services by a wide range of organisations.
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2019/20, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits worth over £1bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
Details of Searchlight’s Digital Outcomes and Digital Specialists services can be found on the GOV.UK DOS 5 Digital Marketplace.
