Kevin provides Programme Advisory and Assurance services to Searchlight’s clients. He is a highly successful portfolio and programme management specialist with a breadth of expertise in defining, analysing, designing, planning and delivering business benefits as major blue-chip companies undertake transformational system and business change.
Kevin works with Clients’ board members, executives and senior management to establish business strategies and stakeholder objectives and then, using agile techniques, realises benefits through transformational change.
He has proven communication and influencing skills resulting in business approval to proceed with strategic critical system, cultural, people, and process change. He provides significant added value through enhanced technical and commercial relationships with suppliers and external professional services.
As “hands-on” programme advisor and manager, Kevin focuses on developing new relationships and leading multi-disciplinary, global teams to analyse programme and project performance, review budgets, business cases and financial models. He helps clients to review programme, portfolio and project delivery and governance processes, identifying problems & risks, and recommending improvements to delivery approaches. Kevin’s brings a wealth of experience in shaping solutions and delivering business process re-engineering, separation, restructure, financial transformation, acquisition and integration.
Kevin leads the development of pragmatic, structured change management frameworks, utilising skills obtained from MSc in Project Management and selected elements from established methodologies, including PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes and Lean Six Sigma.
