This year Searchlight Consulting is honoured to have had Gabor Hizsak selected as one of four short-listed, finalists in the Personal Excellence category for Business Analyst of the Year. (See details of the IT Awards & full list of finalists)

The Personal Excellence Awards “recognise individuals who have demonstrated excellence in their profession during the past 12 months.  The awards seek to reward individuals at all levels of an organisation who have contributed to the development and deployment of innovative IT systems that improve business operations or enhance public services.”

Specifically, the Business Analyst of the Year is awarded to an individual responsible for the definition of requirements and solutions for improving business processes and systems, reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and quantifying potential business benefits.

Over the past year, Gabor has delivered key business analysis work on a complex Finance and Procurement Transformation programme successfully introducing a cutting-edge, cloud-based ERP solution servicing over 10 sites in US, Asia, and Europe.

Through his work on various processes in the Procurement workstream, he has demonstrated exemplary professionalism, using innovative approaches to business analysis and delivering measurable success for Searchlight Consulting clients.  In addition, he continues to be recognised as a role model for others on the programmes that he works on.
