Roger, is a senior programme manager who has a background in system implementation and business process transformation, and has participated on and led several Business System transformations. He has delivered pan-European solutions ranging from discrete manufacturing to integrated logistics systems. With over 20 (10 years’ SAP) years’ experience in delivery management, he brings solid systems integration expertise.
His ability to transform business requirements into detailed system solutions enables him to bridge the gap between business desire and system capability.
Roger has strong operational leadership with strategic IT infrastructure development experience. He has been responsible for the definition and delivery of IT strategy, ensuring IT processes, team leadership and overall portfolio delivery management are aligned to the evolving demands of the business operation.
With the emergence of Cloud solutions in the SME arena, he has focused on delivering the missing link between traditional Project Management/Business Analysis methodology and the new agile delivery mechanism. As with any new technology there are a number of technical experts that can deliver the most complex of solutions, however without the ability to translate this into business process then the delivery of business benefit will fail.
