David is an MBA qualified Enterprise Architect, with a proven track record of aligning business & IT strategies, and delivering major business change. He has extensive IT consultancy experience, delivering significant impacts on budget and financial performance for companies ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100.
David has held senior IT positions with utility, logistic, financial service and retail companies.
David was responsible for IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT governance for several large FTSE 100 companies and served as CTO in IT Management Boards. He has built Architecture Teams and implemented architectural governance and standard industry frameworks from a zero base. More recently David has worked on major transformation programmes for FTSE 250 companies and start-ups, providing design authority, technology management and coaching for senior staff.
