Michael is an experienced Programme and Project Manager with a track record of delivering business benefits through programme & project management, process redesign & improvement and the implementation of ERP/SaaS business applications. He has extensive experience of the entire project & M&A life cycle (Prince2 and PMI), from the identification of projects, design of M&A transitions, through to the process of establishing programmes of work and delivering solutions as well as undertaking project assurance, major business audit, software selection, partner management and the redesign of processes and systems.
Michael was previously Managing Partner and Head of the Oracle Practice at CSC, and was a member of the Executive Leadership team of CSC Consulting for UK, Ireland and Netherlands.
