Tuesday 2nd June 2020 4pm BST
Join Searchlight Consulting at 4pm BST on Tuesday 2nd June 2020 for part 2 of our exploration of what it takes to lead a business out of “lockdown” and the personal resourcefulness which this will demand from business and technology leaders.
In our first session, we looked at how organisations need to redefine, or at least re-align, their operating models to be in a better state in 3-6-12 months time. We acknowledged that organisationally and personally we are not all starting from the same place. Individuals’ circumstances and the impacts on business across sectors, are different.
You can listen back to the first session on YouTube here – https://youtu.be/InpJCD2C14E
In our second session, we will look at useful frameworks and tools to help deal with prioritisation, options to solve problems and improve capabilities, as well as, crucially, moving to action while keeping an eye on the longer journey ahead.
Once again, Head of Strategy & Architecture at Searchlight Consulting, Bryan Oak will be joined by special guest, Executive Coach, Harriet Beveridge to look at these challenges from the individual leader’s and the organisation’s perspective.
Harriet’s experience in helping leaders to lead change effectively, coupled with Searchlight’s expertise in delivering technology-enabled digital transformation will provide a unique perspective on the challenges ahead.
As well as gaining valuable insight from the webinars themselves, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss their specific challenges with a member of the Searchlight team in a complimentary, follow-up one-to-one session. In addition, individuals will be provided with a link to subscribe to Harriet’s completely free “Resources Rucksack”, an essential package of advice and coaching guides to help you deal with uncertainty and take positive action.
