Searchlight Offshore Delivery Model

The framework has been developed based on many years of successful delivery experience and industry best practice, enabling Searchlight Consulting to utilise our TaLaaSH FrameworkTM to quickly assess the maturity of the offshore delivery partnership between system integrator and client.

The framework can be used while selecting an offshore partner, or during programme delivery or during the transition from build into a run operation.
