The Searchlight team consists of consulting professionals who have a combination of industry and large consulting company delivery experience. Hence our team has experience in ensuring a balance is maintained, between delivery, risk profile and the level of benefits realised.

The manner in which organisations approach the definition of their IT programmes and projects will dictate the level of success and benefits derived. However, the approach is not "one size fits all", as often dictated by prescriptive implementation methodologies. Our consultants have the expertise and gravitas to shape initiatives, to our clients specific situation, hence Ensuring Success.

Steve Sharp

Steve has managed the delivery of multiple IT enable transition programmes working with Blue Chip organisations and system integrators. He has extensive experience conducting delivery assurance roles, and delivering Local, Pan-European and Global ERP, CRM & BI programmes and projects.

He has over 15 years of IT consultancy experience, delivering complex programmes and business operations at Capgemini, Xansa, GSK & Wyeth.

As Managing Partner, Steve leads the Technology and Change Management Capabilities for Searchlight Consulting, specialising in Life Science, Retail and Consumer Industries and has extensive SAP & Oracle delivery management experience.

 
Bob Mulumudi

Bob has led the delivery of major IT transformation initiatives working with Blue Chip organisations and System Integrators. He has extensive experience working within on and offshore delivery teams and particular experience associated with delivering IT enabled transformation change programmes in post merger, restructuring and start ups.

He has also led large complex IT programmes at Procter & Gamble , DHL and Accenture holding senior management positions in Operations, Strategy and IT. He has over 20 years of high level experience.

As Practice Partner he provides account management support to a number of our clients and leads the Delivery Assurance & Programme Governance capabilities for Searchlight Consulting.

 
Jay Parmar

Jay has over 20 years experience of working in IT across a range of industry sectors from Publishing, Airlines, Financial Services, Retail and Aerospace. An Enterprise Level architect, Jay has an expertise in Enterprise Data and Information management, CRM, Marketing and Ecommerce.

Jay is Searchlight Architecture Partner and is able to work at all levels in organisations to establish strong professional relationships and can deliver strategic architecture roadmaps. He is equally at home working with engineers delivering detailed solutions.

Jays most recent success has been the design of an architecture for a leading retailer that has recently re-launched their post sales service business. A proven technologist, Jay is able to build an enterprise archtecture with appropriate intergration that can deliver real ROI with measurable benefits

 
Mathew Gomes

Mathew Gomes B.Tech, MBA, is an expert in offshore outsourcing of IT and business services.  He has two decades of experience in leadership roles in Banking, Management Consulting and System Integration organisations across India, Northern Europe and the UK.

As Outsourcing Advisory & Financial Services Partner he specialises in developing strategies for financial services clients to deliver strategic change through global delivery. He has an excellent exposure and experience in applying the management consulting approach to formulate and manage technology enabled business change in client organisations with diverse business units, global operations and mission critical systems.

He has extensive experience associated with realignment of workforce, implementing new processes and deployment of latest technologies. He has a strong commercial acumen for structuring deals and managing P&L of service organisations. He holds an MBA in Finance, fromTemple University, USA; which was preceded by a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.

 
Alex Forward

Alex is a qualified solicitor, with over 10 years experience managing commercial and financial business practices. As operations director she is responsible for establishing both client and partner consulting framework agreements and ensuring customer and supplier commercial relationships are established and managed effectively.

 
Clare Hollingworth

Clare Hollingworth has over 15 years experience working in the Financial Services sector and Management Consultancy, where she worked within multiple sectors.

She has extensive experience helping companies to improve their profitability, grow and drive their business forward. Clare has enabled companies to reduce their costs and improve efficiencies through process improvements, change management / business change, coaching and mentoring.

She has extensive experience leading ERP & CRM transformation initiatives, engaging and influencing executive level stakeholders and leading internal project and change management teams in blue chip organisations.

 
Graham Shervington

Graham's experience spans a business-focussed career of over
20 years in the IS/IT industry throughout the UK and global markets.

He has a proven track record of successful delivery in the
Retail, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Telecoms, Utility and Government sectors.

Used to working at a senior level in major organisations, Graham is a self-motivated leader with extensive programme management, project (PRINCE 2) and service (ITIL) management, ISEB testing, operations, quality management (ISO), SAP/Oracle, e-commerce and outsourcing skills.

 
Chris Howard

Chris is an experienced Senior Project & Change Manager, who has worked in a number of sectors including Retail, FMCG, Distribution, Financial and Manufacturing. He has successfully delivered many ERP, CRM & BI (SAP & Oracle) programmes, some in Greenfield sites and many involving complex migrations from existing platforms.

He has over 20 years experience delivering consulting services, which is complemented with managing IT delivery functions for two retail organisations, where he was responsible for the acquisition and delivery of the IT business solutions.

 
John Ray

John is an experienced ERP Business Change Project Manager with a strong track record over 12 years in managing all aspects of business transition for major IT programmes & projects. He has worked in a number of business sectors including Constuction, Publishing,Online and Offline Media, Advertising, Fitness, Government, CP, Distribution and Automotive.

His expertise has been suplimented through leadership of project management,
business analysis, training, UAT and data conversion teams on numerous
transformation Programmes.

More recently he has been working for a BlueChip company providing insight into PMO structure and working practices on a large Oracle Programme

 
Andrew Robinson

Andrew is a Programme Manager with a strong track record leading the delivery of major transformation initiatives within a number of business sectors including Retail, Automotive, FMCG, Manufacturing, and Engineering.

Andrew has extensive experience supporting clients throughout the ERP solution life cycle, delivering business mergers and separations, technical upgrades, business transformation initiatives through to business improvement programmes. He has worked in the UK, Europe and US, and has good experience managing delivery of near shore, on shore and offshore teams.

He has detailed knowledge associated with the manufacturing supply chain, integrating with design and development, is an engineer from education, with over 10 years business operation and management experience before working with IT related business improvement initiatives.

 
Norton Mahy

Norton is an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 14 years experience delivering IT projects.  He has extensive experience managing initiatives  through the different stages of delivery, from definition to implementation, taking a hands on approach to ensure business solutions is transitioned into business as usual operation and the business community are appropriately informed and prepared.

He has delivered end to end SAP & Oracle business solutions that have been integrated with auxiliary applications, working within a number of sectors including Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Public sector. He has experience working within a multi supplier environment including on site, near shore and offshore service provision.

 
Nigel Stevens

Nigel is a Technical Project Manager and Service Improvement Manager, delivering projects to support teams using ITIL processes. He has managed complex SAP R/3, CRM, BI and Websphere landscapes, working within both waterfall and agile delivery environments.

He has experience introducing environment management processes and procedures to meet clients evolving SOA strategies. He has led technical delivery teams, managed senior stakeholder communications and has extensive SAP basis management and ITIL service management experience.

 
Bryan Oak

Bryan is an experienced business consultant specialising in
all aspects of IT enabled transformation and change.  With a background in business process design and organisational change management, Bryan is able to grasp the business context in which many of our programmes operate.  He is a TOGAF® 9 Certified enterprise architect and experienced programme manager, enabling him to make a unique and valued contribution to any IT enabled change initiative.

Over the last 20 years, he has worked with blue chip organisations including Mercedes Benz, Diageo, IBM, Boots, Royal Mail, BAE Systems, Invensys and URENCO to deliver change programmes, enabled by enterprise applications.  His intimate understanding of how major consulting, systems integrators and outsourcing organisations work, while working for IBM, Xansa/Steria, CSC and Atos, enables him to help clients get the best out of their implementation and service partners.

 

 
Zuber Hatia

Zubêr is a Senior Consulting Manager with a wealth IT industry experience stretching 22 years. Having worked alongside blue-chip clients across Europe as well as engagements with offshore SI companies in senior, strategic positions, he specialises in PMO services.

He has established portfolio and programme management office functions for organisations, developing processes and capabilities improving capability levels of his clients from level 1 to level 3/4.

He has broad-range knowledge across IBM, SAP and Oracle technologies and has led teams from Design through to Cut-Over and Go-Live and managed onshore/offshore teams into Support. 

Zubêr is uniquely well placed to straddle both sides of onshore/offshore
due to his acute cultural awareness which has allowed him to be a key enabler
on recent his strategic engagements

 
Terry Denham

Terry has over 10 years experience delivering test management services associated with establishing test comeptencies, managing outsource providers, delivering both test stages of programmes and projects. He is highly experienced developing end to end plans, establishing meaningful
metrics across the full life cycle, and implementing strong quality management
to ensure robust satisfaction of project requirements from definition through
to implementation.

He has delivered test services within waterfall and agile environments, delivering projects associated with ERP, CRM, BI applications and various Web technologies.

Terry complements his project focused experience with leadership
and people management skills gained as a key member of Systems Delivery
Management teams. 

He also has experience of ITIL disciplines gained in his role as
Application Support Manager where he championed the introduction of Incident,
Problem, Change and Release management in a delivery focused team.
