Working for a Telecoms organisation, Searchlight were responsible for programme governance throughout the delivery life cycle, to introduce a market planning solution, that created sales campaigns for the 2000 strong sales team to sell new and existing products to the current client base and prospects. The solution introduced was based on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Business Intelligence Solution (BI), which utilised key business rules to generate the targeted campaigns.
