Searchlight Consulting were initially engaged to conduct a programme Health Check of an Oracle R12 programme.The programme had engaged an offshore delivery partner and Searchlight provided consultancy and coaching services to improve the relationship and delivery model with the offshore partner.
Following the review a number of recommendations are now being implemented to bring the IT and business change programme back on track. Searchlight Consulting have subsequently been engaged to provide change management, delivery management, programme management office and ongoing delivery advisory services.
The programme is moving back on track, and will be delivered over multiple phases across an 18 month timeline.
