The consumer goods company sought to simplify their target operating model, moving to a pan-european operation, moving away from a country based operation. Searchlight were retained, by one of our consulting partners, to programme manage the delivery of the Pan European SAP ECC 6.0 template solution. A Greenfield business model was established, requiring the delivery of SAP and legacy business applications to enable the business operation.
The aggressive timeline required robust delivery controls to ensure standard business processes were delivered alongside country specific requirements. A combination of client, consulting partner, local resources and offshore delivery teams were required to ensure success.
