Searchlight’s ID2 service helps major online sports retailer power ahead.

Online shopping is booming. To keep ahead of these changes requires the capability to build stronger, loyal relationships with customers.

Now one of the world’s biggest online cycle and tri-sports retailers, Wiggle’s mission is to inspire everybody, everywhere, every day to experience the ‘joy of sport’. To keep up with the pace of change in online retail and find new ways to stimulate interaction with the customer, the company needed to come up with exciting, innovative ideas and implement changes to the business. But they also wanted to avoid the traditional extended development times so often associated with new opportunities.

Searchlight helped Wiggle accelerate their thinking with their new ID2 service. Using a range of creative techniques, Searchlight harnessed the expertise of the Wiggle team and helped them think differently about their future. In a matter of weeks, a range of innovative ideas were developed and it is these ideas that will create the foundations for future development and innovation for Wiggle in the future.
