Nigel is a Technical Project Manager and Service Improvement Manager, delivering projects to support teams using ITIL processes. He has managed complex SAP R/3, CRM, BI and Websphere landscapes, working within both waterfall and agile delivery environments.

Nigel has strong transition management capability in project delivery across a range of business sectors including Retail, Energy and Media. He has extensive supplier management experience, to ensure maximum ROI is achieved.
