Beginning in a recruitment & consultancy career in 2003, initially focusing on the E-Government agenda and assisting Local Authorities bring about change. This was a major Transformational period within the Local Authority market and still continues today with the continued drive of ‘Channel Shift’ and move to an ever increasing web enabled service. This was very much an Associate and Consultancy based service.
In 2010, as a German Speaker, an opportunity arose to move into International Recruitment. Specialising across the German Speaking region of Switzerland in the mid to executive level. Actively sourcing and providing professionals in the areas of Accounting, Controlling, Internal Audit, Financial Management and CFO’s. Clients were major Global Organisations with EU Headquarters in Switzerland, mainly across the Energy, Pharmaceutical and Retail sectors.
Following 2 very successful years, and much time spent away from home and two young children a return to the UK beckoned in 2012 and Justin established Justin James Recruitment. Continuing to work with his Swiss and UK client base focussing on a permanent recruitment solution across IT and Finance to the mid to executive level.
As a natural progression of this business and his experience, Justin has joined forces with Searchlight Consulting to head up Searchlight Resourcing. It is the role of Searchlight Resourcing to provide the Resource capabilities to facilitate project needs. Typical resource provided by Searchlight Resourcing includes Programme, Project & Change Management, PMO, Solutions & Business Architecture, Business Analysts and Functional Consultants.
